人力资源管理到底学什么的？

以英国大学为例，人力资源管理专业大致可分为两个方向：人力资源管理（ Human Resource Management）和国际人力资源管理（International Human Resource Management）。留学力资理

伦敦政治经济学院（LSE）

LSE有2个人力方向，一个主要针对欧洲和英国学生设计，推荐中国学生极少，建议学过社会学的学生转专业申请。这个专业收50人左右，毕业同时会有CIPD会员资格。另一个专业是国际劳动关系和HRM，选修课程多，附近小姐上门 真实小姐上门覆盖劳动经济学等诸多领域，更建议国际学生申请，招收的人数多。

曼彻斯特人力好多多，MBS＋环发，会挑花眼的。当然，我们主要说MBS的。国际学生选Intetnational route那个多点，课程相对轻松，如果有留英打算，想必修CIPD课程的，这个可以选domestic route，这个会附加作业和3000字的全国空降 约会人妻 :捌艇report，比较烦。第二学期会比较痛苦，量很大时间紧，建议有工作背景申请。

卡大人力算全英比较强的学校之一，课程设置细致而实用。破解软件大全 门事件课程强度比较大，与此同时，挂科率相对比较高。国外有学生放弃去WBS选择去卡迪夫这个专业。有CIPD认证，收学生中等不算多，体验度不错。

Warwick的hrm不算王牌专业但大牌，因为这个课程对专业背景没有硬性规定。所以申的人多，有CIPD认证，加上华威商学院有钱，资源丰富，专业比较豪，会请些个资深的高级的从业人员来授课，探讨当下热门话题。

申请要求：雅思7.0，两单科7.0，两单科6.0/6.5；英国2:1学位。

爱丁堡大学

爱丁堡的的HRM在商学院里，任何专业都能申，2012年开了CIPD认证，这个专业适合以后做培训以及处理员工关系。申请难度比不上曼大和兰卡这些学校，甚至和杜伦比，也会推荐杜伦多一点。
